Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
